Savour a seasonal three course menu that showcases the best of the West Country, from indulgent starters to classic winter puddings, all carefully designed for a relaxed yet elegant night out. Each course is served with attentive Searcys hospitality at white clothed tables, with fine glassware, polished silver and just the right balance of occasion and comfort.

Wing of St Mawes smoked salmon, blinis, caviar and dill cream
Venison and wild boar terrine, spiced pear and grape chutney, sourdough croute
Somerset Brie, salt-baked beetroot, toasted pecans and chicory (v)

Paupiette of free-range turkey, apricot stuffing, piglets in blankets, Parmesan creamed sprouts, heritage carrots and rosemary roast potatoes

Slow-braised feather blade of beef, buttered mash, honey-glazed carrots and caramelised shallots
